GREEN BELT -        MOVING FORWARD AND BACKWARDS USING COMBINATION OF TECHNIQUES OF GREEN BELT AND BELOW LEVEL.

                             TURN IN STANCE TO FACE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

BLUE TAG -            MOVING FORWARD AND BACKWARDS USING COMBINATION OF TECHNIQUES OF BLUE TAG AND BELOW LEVEL.

BLUE BELT -          MOVING FORWARD AND BACKWARDS USING COMBINATION OF TECHNIQUES OF BLUE BELT AND BELOW LEVEL.
